We have over four years of experience teaching students from Year 3 to Year 13, vulnerable women’s groups, and corporate groups, creating a supportive and inclusive environment that is particularly welcoming for girls, women and marginalized genders.

Our courses are taught in a trauma informed way and focus on situational, environmental, behavioral and self awareness, and simple practical techniques.
